Baking paper

Baking paper is used to protect the baking tray or baking tin during baking and cooking. The paper also protects the surface of baked goods and oven dishes from burning, prevents the evaporation of aromas and moisture from the food, as it is covered with silicone on both sides. The baking paper is in sheets.
